When it lands the page it cuts off some of the text in the box?

Is it possible to move the white box so its always in the centre of the map image?

you can start with this snippet -> http://pastebin.com/j420DjWq (paste in your theme header.php below wp_head)

I think this is theme related, you could try increasing the height of your map.
