Upgrade to wp3.5 failed

    I tried upgrading my multisite blog and it failed
    Now I have a blank wp-admin screen and cannot login anymore
    the site continues to work
    When I disable my themes I see the error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ms_deprecated_blogs_file() (previously declared in /home/../public_html/muwp_main/wp-admin/includes/ms.php:627) in /home/.. /public_html/muwp_main/wp-admin/includes/ms-deprecated.php on line 78

    Any suggestions how to fix this

    reverting back

    wp-admin/includes/ms.php
    AND
    wp-admin/includes/ms-deprecated.php

    To wp 3.4.2 worked to gain access to the back again.

    Any suggestions why this problem occurred and how I should fix it ?

    Re-upgrade.

    What theme are you using? You may need to manually delete the Twenty Twelve theme and reinstall it.
