Change widget image without logging into WordPress

    I have a text widget on my site with an image. I want someone to be able to change this image WITHOUT that he/she will needs to log into WordPress. I’ve heard that this might be possible with a PHP script, but I have absolutely no idea how this works.

    Can someone tell me if and how I can make this possible?
