Please Tell Me Where the Div is Missing. 2.1 Giving Me Grief.

I upgraded to WordPress 2.1 from 2.0. I knew I was going to have a lot of problems because of the Links Manager being deprecated in favor of the annoying Blogroll. I have managed to do some tweaks to fix the format of my sidebar, but now my posts are pushed down the page. I know there is an extra or missing div somewhere and I have been dealing with this for so long, I am no longer objective.
Would someone with fresh eyes tell me what is going on with my theme?
I don’t even know where to go next.
