That’s not a requirement here but probably useful information for forum visitors.

Just for reference, there’s a 3.0 for that license as well if it matters.
By the way, I’m buried under email and I havn’t finished reading the thread on the hacker list but what did we deside on theme with sponsor links in themes.wp.net?
We had this thread over in wp.com land where it was pointed out that three of the themes used over there had the sponsor links removed when the theme was added in.
I myself don’t mind sponsored links but I think they should be tagged as such oveer in theme.wp.net land like what’s already occuring for widget-ready and the like.
