eForm Failing Miserably – Please Help.

Has anyone had any luck with this eForm v1.1 plugin? I installed, acitvated, and edited as per instructions that were included in the wordpress rtf editor. I have it located on a page by itself at http://neospyce.com/blog/?page_id=26 . The problem is that it is not sending the email to me. I honestly don’t think that it has been defined. But, the creator says that it is a “plugin and go”. I have tried to find a contact method for the author other than a post on his site, but cannot. I posted this question as has others and he does not reply to them. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thank you and smiles.
