Depends on how you’ve set things up, how many pages/posts there are on your site and how many of those you’ve either set up redirections for and/or changed the title/urls for since and of course, how long the site has been running with redirection and whether you auto-delete logs after a while or not (that’s an option in settings, defaults to 0 (=not) ).
Have you got Redirections set up to keep count of the hits ? If so, if you look at the redirect items in each group (dropdown at the top of the page), are there a few items with a very high hit number ?
If so, you could run a query on the the redirection_logs table for those items to see if most of those hits are caused by specific referrers. If so, you may want to ask them to change (correct) the link on their website which links to you.
Hope this helps!
