Follow Plugin needs a new path

    Follow Plugin requires a path of /subscribe on the subscribe page you create, but all my pages use site/index.php/nameofpage. I can change the path with a custom path to take out the index.php level, but then the subscribe page works but none of the existing pages do. This site has been in existence for a couple of years so changing everything for a new plugin seems counterintuitive. Is there another way?
