Can’t add categories for some reason

    When I go to add a category it just clears all the fields and doesn’t add the category. I added a category before though.

    Yeah, me too. 2.1.3 Fairly new install. Various problems.

    And when I go to leave the main edit and category pages, it prompts to make sure I want to, like it’s a post/page.
