Error establishing a database connection

I am getting an error Error establishing a database connection.

I exported my sql file and imported it successfully. Then changed the url in both places under wp_options, then transferred my wordpress root folder to ftp.

This is being transferred to a companies internal servers so I can’t contact the host.

Is there something that I did wrong or am missing?
