I can’t re-produce the issue. I’ve just tested it on Safari 5.1.7, and it worked fine. Is it consistent or was it a temporary problem? Can you please try again. Btw. From some reason, your site is loading very slow on safari.

It looks like I removed what ever it was that was producing the loading issue. The loading issue is something that I’m also concerned about. I think it has to do with 2 things. 1. the site is on a shared hosting server. That is not going to change. This site is just for a buddy of mine. 2. I think the slowdown is being caused by the WordPress Jetpack plug-in. If I turn it off the site loads pretty quickly. Which really sucks because the Jetpack mobile plug-in actually works and looks pretty nice. But it’s tied to the entire Jetpack plugin set. WordPress needs to break them all apart.
So is it working right now?

No it’s still not working on my end. I’m doing a few more things to the site. Adding WP-optimize plugin and then I’m upgrading the the hosting server to a better hosting account that should help with speed. I’m hoping that will clear up some of the issues. The plugin works on my iPhone and has worked in the past on Safari.
Let me know once you finish with the so we can check it out again.

Yeah same as before. The site is running much faster now but still not loading the ratings in Safari. Or at the very least it is taking forever to load.

Here is the finished site. Well for now anyway. Rating widget does not seem to like Safari.
The widget just loads and loads but never finishes. Let me know if your seeing something different. I’m running Safari 5.0.5
It does seem to work on iphones/ipads.

Can you please try to upgrade your safari version. Because it works just fine on my Safari (5.1)
