Name and email in comment do not save after adding comment

Normally, after you add the first comment at a particular wordpress blog, the name and email should be saved and shown in the field automatically, then the second times you come to the blog you can add comment without filling name and email again

But this function is missing on my blog, what’s the possible problem? How can I recover it?
