Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.
Go to Facebook Feed WD > Options page and press Uninstall.
Uninstall the plugin by following the steps in this video.
Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD.
Reinstall and activate it.
Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.
Let us know if the problem persists.

I followed your steps and it still does not work. I can see the pages listed to link to but their icons are missing so it does not appear to be linking correctly. I have had this happen in the past but usually following your steps work but not this time. Please advise. Thanks!
Same thing happening with me on a couple different sites. I have followed all your suggested steps more than once with no success.

I have the same problem. Scroll to the bottom right of https://medievalmysteries.net/ I updated the plugin but it made no difference.
