I am trying to integrate a Facebook feed into the page: https://tomorrowsgeneration.co.uk/

In the Facebook Settings & Privacy configuration page, the 10Web social post feed plugin is active.

In the site dashboard, the 10Web plugin “Feeds” section has the has the feed name and shortcode. On the edit page I can choose the Facebook page (TG-Dyslexia) and save it – although this setting disappears after I complete the Options section and visit the page containing the feed.

In the plugin Options page if I click Re-authenticate I can login as either of my two FB page admin login identities. This simply returns me to the plugin Optons page. Clicking on Reset Cache returns Success. Saving the options returns success.

Returning to edit the feed shows the the page has been unselected. So I select it again and save. No errors are returned.

On the page, the feed is displayed, but not updated (it shows only posts from two years ago. The update policy is Add new ones: keep old.

If I now reset the cache and refresh the page containing the feed, I get the error [“error”,”An access token is required to request this resource.”]. I suspect this is because the page is no longer selected in the Feeds editor page, as mentioned above.

Any help would be gratefully received.

I should have said that this feed used to work up until around 2 years ago, according to the user. This explains the entries in the feed, and the fact that the most recent has a date 2 years ago. The Facebook page is much more up-to-date, but I can’t get the more recent posts to show on the feed.

    Dear @peredur,

We apologize for the belated response.

Is the plugin updated to version 1.1.25?
Did you update the WP version to 5.5 as well?

Please provide a screenshot with the feed from your site as we could not find any old ones at https://tomorrowsgeneration.co.uk/.

    Sincerely,
