10K Admin-side javascript included in *all* pages

    Hi,

    The javascript that’s included in settings-ppec.php in line 53 weighs about 10K and although it’s relevant only for the administration of the plugin it’s included in all pages that regular uses view.
    I’m using the latest version (Version 1.6.4)

    I bypassed this temporarily on my site by wrapping it with “is_admin()” but it’d be great if this could be fixed in the next release.
