auto on – Use the visual editor when writing in 2.1

I know there are lots of posts about visual editor but this is more specific.

My problem is I want the visual text editor to be automatically on like it was in versions b4 2.1. In 2.0 you could go to Options >> Writing >> “Users should use the visual rich editor by default” that is what I want. I know in 2.1 I can go to:

Your profile >> Use the visual editor when writing

But I want it to be auto on. I am designing a site for a client and I dont want to have to make them all do this when they work on it. I am doing the desisn and then handing the site over so I would prefer it stays in visual editor as opposed to code mode.
