Need Help i can't make changings !

    Hi Sir,

    After moving my site to a new server im not able to write my themes but i fix by changing the permission to 644 but at the moment im not able to make changings in wp-admin/options-writing.php files i have changed the permission to 644 but still im not able to make changings can you please tell me whats wrong with it and how i can fix this issue thanks Sir !
