Blank Line at top of RSS

    Since moving my WordPress info to a new server on my host (win2003, before it was Win2000), I have errors in my RSS feed (and other XML related things also, I suspect).
    There is a blank line at the top of my RSS feed.

    My Windows LiveWriter also doesn’t work at all (complains about “The response to the metaWeblog.newPost method received from the weblog server was invalid.”

    I noticed before the move, but after upgrading to WordPress 2.1, the pictures would no longer upload but everything else worked (the error when uploading pics was :
    “The response to the metaWeblog.newMediaObject method received from the weblog server was invalid.”
    Now nothing will upload to WordPress.

    Any clues?
