Qtranslate custom menu url?

    Hi,

    on this site i use Qtranslate to translate the website.

    http://test.malta.nl/

    On the right side there is a menu with custom link. For example the first link ‘Malta op Facebook’ has a different url then the French version.

    How do i make this work with Qtranslate?
