Black Nav Bar don't show up on IE 8.0

    Hi

    I have a problem with IE 8.0 don’t show the Black Nav Bar.

    Asteroid Theme works well with IE 9-10 ,Firefox & Google Chrome.

    Tried 3.4.2 version same problem.

    Any help will be appreciated
