Installing Plugin Help

    I want to use a specific form to pop up upon a user clicking on a link

    I have the target form and I have installed and activated the plugin.

    What I do not understand is the specification below:

    Place caller shortcode [formlightbox_call title=”lightbox form” class=”1322379893472″]Click here[/formlightbox_call] and object shortcode
    [formlightbox_obj id=”1322379893472″ style=”” onload=”false”][form shortcode here][/formlightbox_obj] in your post/page or use button in text-editor.

    • Do I paste this in literally without any alterations?
    • Where do I put the code exactly?
    • What is the the code I put in the anchor link?

    Please help!!!
