    Based on our testing, setting the “permissions” option to “logged out users” limits the field to only be visible to logged out users. This is how we designed this permission setting to work. The other permission settings display fields for the selected user level and all higher-level user types.

    If the permissions settings aren’t working as described above, please start a new topic in our helpdesk, so we can be a bit more responsive in working through this issue.
