    Hello,

I have a big issue and I am not able to figure out what is the problem- I googled a lot but nothing seems to work

So, I have a multisite with 5 sites, and the last 2 are showing blank when I activate my custom theme- if I activate only for them the twentyeleven theme then it is working, otherwise no chance.

Also, watching the Network in chrome dev console, I see that I have: 301 Moved Permanently error.

Please, if anyone can give me a clue about it, I will appreciate a lot.

A blank page is a PHP error most of the time.

What theme are you trying to activate?

I guess it is an error as long as it doesn’t show up- there is a theme I developed – but it is strange that only for 2 of my sites they are showing blank, otherwise it is working with no problems – I think it’s keep looking for the default one (twentyeleven), that’s why it is throwing 301 Moved Permanently error.

Have no idea, I am just keep trying to fix it with no success.

If that is on production, and you cannot enable debug on PHP, you should check out the logs (error logs) of your HTTP server (Apache?).

Well, thank you both for your messages, I finally found it – dumb dumb very dumb- is that in my index.php I am checking for each site name and load different templates and I forgot to put there info for the last 2 sites – one week of struggling with this and finally I got it.

That’s the programmer life I guess.

Ups, that is a typical maintenance code error. If you have to maintain manually that info for sites, think to redesign that. :/
