Add the attached image to the article admin preview

Hi,

I need your help for a specific need.

The upload works correctly. But the image sent doesn’t figure when I want to edit the custom post type in the admin dashboard. Indeed all the custom fields (previously created thanks to the plugin) are present. Nevertheless in the media library, the image is attached to the good post.

In order to ameliorate the edition I just want to display the image attached when I edit the post.
