WordPress Plugin Issues

I am currently trying to get WP Ecommerce up and running. i ran the plugin yesterday and then took if off due to not being able to make it work. I downloaded it again and all of my old information had on there had been saved. Somehow all of the files in the Advanced Theme Settings got moved over to my wordpress theme…and the Shopping Cart Widget got erased….so now it shows up as an empty file. I have do idea how to fix this. I dont need to customize any ‘advanced theme’…i just want it to work. I also am using Google Checkout…which i have put in all my information correctly for my merchant account….and it don’t even show up on my site. I put it from sandbox to production too! My site is mybijoujewelry.com. I also have little knowledge about CSS or any coding.
