Access page's button doesn't work

Hi, since some weeks ago I have problems to access my WP admin dashboard. That happends sometimes: the button on the access php is like am image and it doesn’t work…

I try everything: clean cache, cookies and the internet history, but still not working.

Please, I’m really worried about that, maybe someone hacked my web site? Can you help me?
