  • Hey – please help if you can …

my website runs fine, but if I try to go to the /wp-admin I get the error below. I did update plugins 2 days ago (without a backup, like a dipstick)

I can’t get into the dashboard at all. Searching for other’s with this error I only found threads where people have access to their admin dashboard. I do have ftp access though. What can I try here?

    Really, thanks in advance.

  • Using ftp change the name of plugins/backup to plugins/xbackup.

I got back into the dashboard.

I renamed the plugins/backup folder and also the backup and backup_db in the wp-content folder.
Presumably I now change the folders back to their old names, and uninstall the backup plugin via the dashboard.

Thanks again – you really saved me!
