Amazon Wishlist for 2.1?

Is there a fully functional wishlist plugin for 2.1? So far I haven’t found one. I did get wp-amazon-wishlist working to a point, however it will only display the first 10 items in a wishlist because of the restrictions Amazon now puts on the number of items that can be pulled per database call. If there is a fix for this without coding a page navigation system or recoding how requests to the database are made, I haven’t found it.
