Fancybox isn't working at all. Please help with a fix?

I’ve installed Instapress and no effects were working so I also tried installing the fancybox and the easy fancybox plugins but I still get nothing. the url is http://citybuzz.com/nycmatters.

I promised my friend I could get this in a fancybox gallery because I’ve never run into this issue before. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
