I did this: When I first installed WordPress and my theme “Grand College”, Google indexed all of the “Lorem Ipsum” dummy content. I removed all of the URLs that Google indexed using my Webmaster Tools account. I also deleted all dummy content from WordPress (pages, courses, tags, categories, images, etc). Now that my site is live Google is not indexing all of my real pages or any of my real courses. It is however still indexing some of the “Lorem Ipsum” dummy content. I have disabled XML sitemaps in Yoast and I have started using BWP Google XML Sitemap to see if that would help. A few more items have been indexed using the BWP plugin. But important pages are still not indexed. Bing seems to be indexing my pages.

I expected the plugin to do this: I expected my real pages and courses to be indexed by Google.

Instead it did this: My site went live about 3 weeks ago, that is when I submitted the sitemap through my Webmaster Tools account. Out of 19 pages submitted Google is only indexing 4, out of 4 courses submitted Google is indexing 0.

    Can you tell me:
    1. Why Google is still indexing the dummy content if I removed it from WordPress?
    2. Is there another place that I need to delete this dummy content to keep Google from indexing it?
    3. Why Google is not indexing my courses?
    4. Why Google is not indexing my actual pages (About Us, Contact, Enroll, specific landing pages, etc…)

Thanks for any help on this topic!
