JS <BR> Tags

On our blog http://aglocoyou.com/badges/ we have a HTML Badge Generator, but the WP CMS code adds <br> and line breaks to most of the JS in the post code; so it won’t execute peoperly.

We had the blog on Movable Type previously and it had no issues with this, I’ve been looking (searching long and hard) for a Plug-In that helps but haven’t been able to find one that would work.

Please help…please…please.
