To solve this problem, just put russian text into “”

    Hei,

I have the same problem as you did, however putting “…” doesn’t work for me. It comes up as symbol. So do the lines starting with digitals or english letters.

Is there anythings more you did to fix this problem?

I am very gratefull for any advice you have.

The plugin does not care about any type of characters. But your DB and your SITE does. Pretty good chance that your site is in UTF-8 and your db is in latin charset.

Yes, the problem was in encoding.
I got it fixed by opening the csv file in Notepad, then File-Save, then chose the UTF-8 and Save.

    Now it works!
    Great Plugin
