Tracking of all clicks on internal-links containing a special word

Hi, is it possible to track all links, where a special word is integrated. e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/specialword/

Does somebody knows what code I have to put in the backend of google analyticator (after code) in order to track all clicks on links which have “/specialword/” included?

these links are on my site of course, but they are redirected to an external url.
