• Hi,
I’m using <!–nextpage–> to breakup a long post into multiple pages.

Therefore, a page that I have such as:
    …/original-mind/chapter-1

gets split up into pages such as:
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/2
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/3
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/4

However, the ToC widget in the sidebar links to the original page and therefore doesnt work.
The links in the ToC+ widget are:
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/#PROLOGUE
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/#A_PERSONAL_NOTE

but in order to work, they would need to be
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/2#PROLOGUE
    …/original-mind/chapter-1/3#A_PERSONAL_NOTE

Can you please explain how I can do this?

    Thanks!

Hi that’s been reported a couple of months back. Paged content does not work right now but I had started to look into it a few months back but haven’t completed so it hasn’t made it through yet. It is still on my hit list.

Thanks. I’ll manually code up my ToC for now, but look forward to an update that includes this functionality.

    Thanks for your great work.

Love this plugin, thank you! I came here also looking for the paged content functionality. Looking forward to the update…

Same here! Wating for this functionality, too …

Hiho, i am also looking for a toc with nextpage support. Did someone know such a toc-plugin (for wp 3.5+)?

i am as well. unfortunately i may need to find another option because i really need this feature. maybe some wouldnt mind explaining how to code this function in manually? I’m not a WP Ninja or anything, but i can follow directions! Please help, i need the TOC to display in the sidebar with next page support? is there ANY solution?

Hi, i use the plugin Extended Table of Contents (with nextpage support). It runs well on the latest wordpress versions.

I like how the plugin works at the moment and, whilst I do appreciate that quite a few people would like next page support, I wouldn’t want this plugin to overextend itself and become bloated.

    my thanks to the developer!

(no offence to those who requested this feature!)
