    Hi liambyrne…

I checked your link above, but it looks like you’ve got a different audio player enabled? Are you trying a different one, or did you post in the wrong plugin forum?

Or alternatively, its really common for audio players to stuff up when there’s more than 1 audio player plugin enabled at the same time… so make sure you’ve only got 1 activated and hopefully that will fix the problem…

Let me know if you still need help with this issue or mark it resolved if you’ve moved on.

    Cheers.

Oh sorry about that. I was just exploring other options, and forgot that it meant the link i sent wouldn’t work. I would much prefer to use YOUR audio player, as it looks so much better.

I’ve now got rid of the other audio player, and set up yours again as before, but I’m having the same problem. It’s there now if you’d like to look at it.

Thanks for the help. I’ll totally buy the pro version if it seems like this plugin will work with my theme.

Nice design btw… really like this site.

I’ve checked the code and unless you’ve actually added the shortcode twice I think the most likely cause is some jQuery which seems to be coded into the page. Check point 5 on the FAQs page which explains about jQuery conflicts in more detail and offers some info about how to resolve it.

What I would recommend is this:
    1. Do the usual steps to try to isolate the error (like turn off all other plugins, try temporarily activating twentyeleven theme etc). I think this will give you a bit more information about what the problem might be.

    2. Use a jQuery consol to debug… I can see there’s several errors coming up that are unrelated to the audio plugin so its possible getting rid of these will fix the conflict

    3. Go through your theme and make sure there is no hardcoded jQuery at all. I have a suspicion there is – that it is fancybox JS that is causing this… see the last section of code when viewing source (lines 252 downward)

Let me know how you go and hope this helps

Awesome. Thanks so much! Glad you like the site – obvs a lot of work still to do…

I will set about following your recommended path and see where it gets me. All that stuff sounds a little bit over my head at the moment, but I’m sure I can figure it out.

    Cheers
