I think you have some Codex reading to do.
-On a new Installation: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
-On managing categories: http://codex.wordpress.org/Manage_Categories_SubPanel
-On backing up/exporting WordPress: http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database
-On moving WordPress: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
Plenty of more information is just a Google search away.

But the problem on which I can’t find an answer is that I’m not actually moving my site, but I’m building a complet new one en put my old content on it as it was new content. But I also want my comments from the posts of the old blog showing on the new posts.
If you go to Tools -> Export in your admin section, you will see that you can export everything. Then you can install the WordPress Importer plugin by going to Tools -> Import on your new blog and import the xml file that you downloaded from the export.
Assuming your comments aren’t hosted on an external service, they should be included in the import.

Allright, thanks! Didn’t know the comments were also exported with that options. I guess this is what I’m looking for.
