New Plugin: WP-Mail Filter

I’ve created a very simple plugin for filtering out extraneous equals signs that the Windows Mobile 5 mail client tends to insert for the post by mail feature. It was annoying the heck out of me having to go edit my mobile posts to remove those equals signs.

Maybe someone else has a need for it too.
