Importing Failed – Won't Open "Import"

Hej,
we are using WordPress 3.1.4 and uploaded the files to the plugins directory. When trying to run “Tools – Import” there’s just a blank site.
If we deactivate the plugin and run “Tools – Import” it works… Where’s the problem?
