Hi, I have an event coming up where we will be having a few workshops running concurrently. Is it possible to ask visitors to register for the event and select from a list of workshops?

yes, you can use custom booking forms – http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/custom-booking-forms/ however this feature is currently available to pro users only

Another way to do that is by using multiple tickets for that event, which you can do on EM without pro
