Need to import WP blog but can't create WXR doc

Hi there

I lost my wordpress blog when I moved to a different web hosting company.
I didn’t get the chance to export my blog as an WXR file, and now I can’t access the blog in order to create the WXR file.

I have all the individual files, but how do I convert these into an WXR file without being able to download that file from the live blog?

I hope that somebody can help
