Have you tried disabling your plugins and switching to the default theme?
Without seeing the server or the database it’s hard to pinpoint the problem. If you’ll send me temporary access to your FTP and database I’ll gladly help.
I would love to send you the access but I cant seem to PM you. the option is not available.
It’s a really bad idea to give strangers access to your web site.

@tosaha I am sure you’ve good intentions but we really frown on that here. Please do not ask other members for that sort of details again.

@leobdmg Please start your own topic, your problem doesn’t have anything to do with the OP. It’s considered rude to interrupt someone else’s topic that way.

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
– running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
