Same thing here.
After user submit a ticket, admin CAN see a new ticket, but CANNOT open it to answer.

I was having the same blank page problem as Kenan when trying to open support tickets. Turns out when I disable the ‘AG Custom Admin’ plugin with my install the problem goes away.
There’s an issue somewhere, I’ll be experimenting more.
When I activate ‘AG Custom Admin’ plugin, my development test site immediately spits out this message:
