Page Not Found WordPress Error?

I have a server set up tith phpmyadmin and i added wordpress and set it up and everything works fine. I then added buddy press and now when i go to mysite.com/wordpress it works but when i click on activity groups or members, it brings me to mysite.com/wordpress/activity/ but i dont have that folder in my server so i get a “page not found error. I will give any further details if needed Thanks
