How can add users for users-group on the limit time?

Good morning who have morning right now! Can somebody help with my question. Is there a solution to set some user-group for the user in time? For example, I want to assign a group of 10 (or 100) people “authors” for 7 days from the date of registration, after which they will go to the group “users”. All registered at different times, but everyone must have 7 days right to publish entries. Manually do not want to, can have a plugin? Thanks in advance!
