“Category Icons” only appears once

I use the “Category Icons” plugin (http://devcorner.georgievi.net/wp-plugins/wp-category-icons/). Only single posts the plugin works just fine. However, on my homepage (www.daanvanrossum.nl) it shows only an icon at the very first post. What to do?
