Blog being hacked

I started noticing yesterday that somehow my blog is being hacked. The word “gay” is being inserted in the place of “man” and “a gay” is being inserted after the text “I am” or “he is”. Is this taking advantage of a known security issue? Anyone ever heard of this before?
