How to reduce spacing between header and widgets on front page ?

    Hi I am using the responsive theme and I am not able to figure out how to reduce the spacing between the menu and the header and the header and the widgets. Right now it kind of looks ugly with lot of space. My webpage link is Nepal Kathmandu. If anyone could give me advice on how to decrease this spacing, that would be great.
