    I am hoping you have a database backup? I am pretty sure that would be your only way to return the site back to normal.

    then this plugin did something like deleting a file.

    It looks more like this plugin did something like screw up your database. It appears you have lost your content, settings, everything…

    What was the security plugin you installed BTW?

    Turn off all plugins

    Switch to 2011 theme

    Does that fix anything?

    In your back end, can you still see that pages/posts exist?
