Align Navigation (Menu) Bar to the Right

Hi, there! I am looking for a way to right-align or float the navigation/menu bar on the Twentyeleven theme. I have been digging around for an hour or so and have only seen a similar thread regarding the centering of text within the nav bar. But I am specifically looking to align the entire nav to the right.

Note: I have already created a child theme and have tried copying over various bits and pieces from the original stylesheet to edit, but after several failed attempts, removed what I had done and am back to ground zero.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
