100% off on coupon gives an error on PayPal

    Hi, I am offering 100% off as a promotion for one of my products but when the coupon for100% discount is applied it goes to PayPal and the error below appears …

    Error: CANNOT_BE_ZERO_OR_NEGATIVE: Must be greater than zero. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place precision is supported. (Corr ID: 245f87b7f0716

    I need a solution for this. Please help asap.

    Your can’t do a $0 transaction via PayPal (they won’t allow that). So a 100% off coupon is not something that will work at this stage. We will need to add some kind of feature to have a bypass for it.

    I totally understand that the 100% off coupon won’t work. And I’m keen to know more about the bypass feature.

    I also would the 100% discount. I hope the developer can make this improvement.
